Turns out they have beliefs about certain numbers being lucky, and want to move in by a certain date so they will have good fortune. Well, I gotta say, it's pretty bad karma to lie and break promises.
I don't wish them ill.
I just want them to be reasonable.

Reasonable? A real estate sale? For some reason melodrama is a legal requirement. Hope they pull their heads out of their orifices soon!
They sound absolutely fruity to me. Sorry - hope they get their act together.
