Well, It Happened.

I fell off the wagon.  I got my period, and before you could say "Holy Aunt Flow, Batman!" I was eating cookies, fried rice, pizza, and chocolate. Not exactly the best things to lift the doldrums.
Willpower sucks.  I know that willpower alone isn't enough to help me, and that I NEEEEEEED to get out of this DIET mentality, but I just can't seem to do it!  Maybe I do need more professional help, after all.

If it makes you feel any better, my period just started too and I pretty much ate everything in sight as well! Stupid hormones.

Seriously! Y'know all that advice about "If, during your cycle, you crave sugar, have some fresh fruit instead, and that'll take care of the craving"? Well, it's horse pucky!

I still do that.
It happens.
There are days when I could eat everything I see all day. No way around it. Some times I'm good. Sometimes I eat my weight in pudding.
What you do the next day is what matters :) The odd day here and there will not stop you...don't let it :)
